Cooking Method


  1.  Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. 
  2.  In a bowl, whisk eggs and Parmesan cheese. 
  3.  Cook pancetta or bacon until crispy. 
  4.  Add garlic if using and sauté briefly. 
  5.  Drain spaghetti and add to the pan. 
  6.  Remove from heat and quickly mix in egg and cheese mixture. 
  7.  Stir well to create a creamy sauce. 
  8.  Season with black pepper and salt if needed. 
  9.  Serve immediately.
