Cilantro Lime Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro.
Brush the cilantro lime mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Let the salmon marinate for 15–20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side in a skillet, or bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with cilantro-lime rice, grilled vegetables, quinoa, or a fresh green salad.
