Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and a little ghee/oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Prepare Filling: Chop cashews and almonds. In a bowl, mix them with raisins and crumbled khoya (if using). Add a little sugar or cardamom powder for extra flavor.
Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with dry fruit mixture. Seal edges with water.
Frying: Heat oil or ghee on low-medium flame and fry until golden and crisp.
Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar.
