Cooking Method


  1. Finely chop the prepared snails and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrot.
  3. Mix in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir well until the filling is evenly combined.
  5. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  6. Add a spoonful of snail filling near one edge of the wrapper.
  7. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to seal the spring roll.
  8. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  9. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  10. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  12. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
