Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. 
  2.  Add sliced onions and bell peppers, then sauté until soft. 
  3.  Add cooked chicken or vegetables and season with salt and pepper. 
  4.  Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle cheese over it. 
  5.  Add the filling mixture on top of the cheese. 
  6.  Sprinkle a little more cheese and place another tortilla on top. 
  7.  Cook until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip carefully. 
  8.  Cook the other side until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy. 
  9.  Remove from the pan and cut into wedges. 
  10.  Serve hot with salsa or sour cream.
