Cooking Method
- Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with salt and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
- Prepare Filling: Heat a little oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add finely chopped spinach and cook until moisture evaporates.
- Add Potatoes & Spices: Add boiled mashed potatoes, salt, and spices. Mix well and cook for 3–5 minutes. Let the mixture cool.
- Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with spinach mixture. Seal edges with water.
- Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Serve hot with green chutney or yogurt dip.
