Cooking Method

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping while cooking.
  5. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to create fluffier pancakes.
  6. Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  7. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
  8. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges begin to set.
  9. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  10. Serve warm with butter, maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh fruit, or extra chocolate chips.
