Maple Mustard Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
Brush the glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
Let the salmon marinate for 10–15 minutes for extra flavor.
Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side in a skillet, or bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Spoon any remaining glaze over the salmon before serving. Enjoy with roasted vegetables, rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad.
