Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 
  2.  Heat olive oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender. 
  3.  Lightly brush pizza base with olive oil or spread a thin layer of white sauce. 
  4.  Add sautéed mushrooms evenly. 
  5.  Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. 
  6.  Add herbs, salt, and pepper. 
  7.  Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and crust is golden. 
  8.  Drizzle truffle oil on top before serving. 
  9.  Slice and serve hot.
