The filling starts with sautéed leeks, onion, and garlic, creating a soft and aromatic base. Chicken is added and combined with a creamy sauce for a smooth texture.
Leeks bring a gentle sweetness that perfectly balances the savory chicken. As the pie bakes, the crust turns golden and crisp while the inside remains creamy and flavorful.
Each bite delivers a perfect mix of flaky pastry and rich filling. The mild flavor of leeks adds depth without overpowering the dish.
Chicken and Leek Pie is perfect for lunch or dinner and works well as a hearty family meal or comforting dish.
