Cooking Method


  1.  Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and sugar. Let it cool. 
  2.  Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat. 
  3.  Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori. 
  4.  Arrange avocado slices in a line. 
  5.  Roll tightly using the bamboo mat. 
  6.  Seal edges with a little water. 
  7.  Slice into even pieces. 
  8.  Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired. 
  9.  Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, or ginger.
