Cooking Method

 

  1.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  2.  Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden. 
  3.  Add garlic and cook until fragrant. 
  4.  Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. 
  5.  Add tomato puree and mix well. 
  6.  Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. 
  7.  Stir and cook for a few minutes to develop flavor. 
  8.  Add water or broth and mix well. 
  9.  Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and tender. 
  10.  Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
