Cooking Method

 

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. 
  2.  Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. 
  3.  Add garlic and ginger paste and sauté until fragrant. 
  4.  Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and blended. 
  5.  Add turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, and garam masala. 
  6.  Cook the spices until oil starts to separate. 
  7.  Add buffalo meat and mix well with the masala. 
  8.  Add yogurt if using and stir well. 
  9.  Pour in water and bring to a boil. 
  10.  Reduce heat and let it simmer for 45–60 minutes until the meat becomes tender. 
  11.  Adjust salt and consistency as needed. 
  12.  Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
