Cooking Method


  1.  In a large pot, add rabbit meat and water or broth. 
  2.  Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. 
  3.  Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. 
  4.  Cover and simmer for 45–60 minutes until the meat is tender. 
  5.  Skim off any foam if needed. 
  6.  Adjust seasoning to taste. 
  7.  Remove bay leaf before serving. 
  8.  Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
