Cooking Method


  1.  Season fish with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour. 
  2.  Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan. 
  3.  Cook fish until golden on both sides, then remove and set aside. 
  4.  In the same pan, add garlic and sauté briefly. 
  5.  Add lemon juice and capers, stirring well. 
  6.  Add remaining butter and let it melt into the sauce. 
  7.  Return fish to the pan and coat with the sauce. 
  8.  Cook for another 1–2 minutes. 
  9.  Serve hot.
