Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  2.  In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. 
  3.  Add milk and vanilla extract, mix well. 
  4.  In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. 
  5.  Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture. 
  6.  Form a soft dough. 
  7.  Shape into small biscuit rounds. 
  8.  Place on a baking tray. 
  9.  Bake for 12–15 minutes until light golden. 
  10.  Cool and serve.
