Cooking Method
- Wash the guar fali thoroughly and trim the ends.
- Cut into small pieces and boil/steam for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Drain and let the guar fali cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine boiled guar fali with chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and coriander.
- Add lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss everything well until evenly mixed.
