Cooking Method


  1.  Roast or boil the tomatoes and chilies until soft. 
  2.  Peel the tomatoes if desired for a smoother texture. 
  3.  Add tomatoes, chilies, garlic, and onion to a blender. 
  4.  Blend until smooth or slightly chunky, based on preference. 
  5.  Transfer to a bowl and add lime juice and salt. 
  6.  Mix well and adjust seasoning if needed. 
  7.  Garnish with chopped coriander. 
  8.  Serve fresh or chill before serving.
