Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2.  Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. 
  3.  Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic. 
  4.  Add tomato and cook until soft. 
  5.  Add cooked rice, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 
  6.  Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers. 
  7.  Place in a baking dish and cover with foil. 
  8.  Bake for 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender. 
  9.  Add cheese on top (optional) and bake for 5 more minutes. 
  10.  Serve hot.
