 Pyaz Mirchi Salad is a bold and flavorful Indian side salad made with sliced onions, green chilies, and fresh seasonings. Popular in Rajasthani and North Indian cuisine, it adds a spicy, tangy kick to any meal. 

Cooking Method

 

  1. Peel and thinly slice the onions into rings or strips. 
  2.  Finely chop or slit the green chilies. 
  3.  Add onions and chilies to a mixing bowl. 
  4.  Sprinkle salt, black salt, and roasted cumin powder. 
  5.  Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture. 
  6.  Toss well and let rest for 5 minutes. 
  7.  Garnish with coriander and serve fresh.
