Cooking Method

 

  1. Heat butter or oil in a pan. 
  2.  Sauté onion and garlic until soft. 
  3.  Add chopped mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates. 
  4.  Stir in herbs, salt, and black pepper. 
  5.  Let the filling cool completely. 
  6.  Roll out the puff pastry sheet. 
  7.  Place the mushroom filling in the center. 
  8.  Fold and seal the pastry around the filling. 
  9.  Brush with beaten egg. 
  10.  Bake at 200°C for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. 
  11.  Slice and serve warm.
