Maple Dijon Dressing is a sweet, tangy, and flavorful vinaigrette made with pure maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. This easy homemade dressing offers the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, making it ideal for green salads, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, grilled chicken, and autumn-inspired dishes. Ready in just a few minutes, it uses simple pantry ingredients to create a fresh, delicious alternative to bottled dressings. Its smooth, well-balanced flavor complements everything from leafy greens to roasted squash, adding a rich, gourmet touch to everyday meals with minimal effort.

Cooking Method

In a small bowl or jar, combine Dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is fully emulsified.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate for up to one week.
Shake well before serving over salads, vegetables, or grain bowls.
