Cooking Method


  1. Clean and pat dry the catfish fillets.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal or flour with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip the fish fillets into the beaten eggs.
  4. Coat the fillets evenly with the seasoned flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Carefully place the coated fish into the hot oil.
  7. Fry for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
