Cooking Method


  1.  Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft. 
  2.  Add garlic and cook briefly. 
  3.  Add mushrooms and cook until tender. 
  4.  Stir in arborio rice and toast for 1–2 minutes. 
  5.  Add a ladle of warm broth and stir continuously. 
  6.  Let the rice absorb the liquid before adding more broth. 
  7.  Repeat until rice is creamy and cooked. 
  8.  Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese. 
  9.  Season with salt and pepper. 
  10.  Serve immediately.
