Badaam Doodh (Almond Milk)
Badaam Doodh is a rich and nourishing Indian milk-based drink made with almonds, saffron, and aromatic spices. Cooking Method
- Soak almonds in water for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Peel the almonds and grind them into a smooth paste.
- Heat milk in a pan over medium flame.
- Add the almond paste to the milk and stir continuously.
- Add sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder.
- Let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thick.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool (or serve warm if preferred).
- Garnish with chopped almonds and saffron strands before serving.
