Cooking Method
Rinse and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes, then cook until almost tender and drain.
Gently mix the chopped herbs into the cooked rice.
Drizzle half of the saffron water over the rice and steam it on low heat for 30 minutes until fluffy.
Season the fish with turmeric, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the fish for 4–5 minutes per side, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
Melt the butter and drizzle it over the herb rice.
Pour the remaining saffron water over the rice for extra aroma and color.
