Cooking Method

 

  1.  Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. 
  2.  Add chopped onion and cook until soft. 
  3.  Add garlic and ginger, then sauté until fragrant. 
  4.  Add buffalo meat and cook until lightly browned. 
  5.  Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil. 
  6.  Reduce heat and simmer for about 40–50 minutes until meat is tender. 
  7.  Add carrots and potatoes. 
  8.  Cook for another 15–20 minutes until vegetables are soft. 
  9.  Season with salt and black pepper. 
  10.  Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. 
  11.  Serve hot with bread or rice.
