Cooking Method


  1.  Blend corn kernels into a thick mixture. 
  2.  Cook onion in butter until soft and fragrant. 
  3.  Mix corn, onion, cheese, milk, salt, and seasonings together. 
  4.  Place portions of the mixture onto corn husks. 
  5.  Fold and tie the husks securely. 
  6.  Steam the humitas until firm and fully cooked. 
  7.  Cool slightly before serving warm.
