Beef Singara (Gorur Mangsho)
Beef Singara, locally known as Gorur Mangsho Singara, is a delicious Bangladeshi snack made with crispy pastry filled with spicy minced beef. It is richer and more flavorful than regular vegetable singara, thanks to the juicy beef filling combined with aromatic spices. This snack is especially popular during Ramadan, evening tea time, and festive gatherings.

Step 1: Prepare Dough
- Mix flour with a pinch of salt and a little oil.
- Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Cook Beef Filling
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add minced beef and cook on medium flame.
- Add green chilies, garam masala, and salt.
- Cook until beef is fully done and moisture evaporates.
- Let the mixture cool.
Step 3: Shape Singara
- Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin circles.
- Cut each circle in half.
- Shape into a cone and fill with beef mixture.
- Seal edges properly using water.
Step 4: Fry Singara
- Heat oil on medium-low flame.
- Fry singara slowly until crispy and golden brown.
Step 5: Serve
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney or green chutney.
