Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5–10 minutes. 
  2.  In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. 
  3.  Add eggs and yeast mixture to the flour. 
  4.  Mix and knead until a soft dough forms. 
  5.  Gradually add butter and knead until smooth and elastic. 
  6.  Cover and let the dough rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size. 
  7.  Shape the dough and place in a greased loaf pan. 
  8.  Let it rise again for 30–40 minutes. 
  9.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  10.  Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. 
  11.  Let cool before slicing.
