Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 
  2.  Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or rectangles. 
  3.  Place a spoonful of cherry filling in the center. 
  4.  Fold or shape as desired and seal edges. 
  5.  Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish. 
  6.  Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 
  7.  Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed. 
  8.  Let cool slightly. 
  9.  Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. 
  10.  Serve warm or at room temperature.
