Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  2.  Dissolve coffee powder in warm milk. 
  3.  Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 
  4.  Add coffee mixture and vanilla extract, mix well. 
  5.  In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. 
  6.  Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture. 
  7.  Form a soft dough. 
  8.  Shape into small biscuits and place on a baking tray. 
  9.  Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp. 
  10.  Cool completely before serving.
