The dough combines flour, butter, sugar, and coconut to create a fragrant mixture that bakes into golden, crunchy biscuits. The coconut adds a slightly chewy bite and natural sweetness.
As they bake, the biscuits develop a crisp outer layer while staying light inside. The tropical aroma makes them especially appealing.
Coconut Biscuits are ideal for tea time, snacks, or light desserts. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with a warm beverage.
