Peel 2 ripe bananas and mash them into a smooth paste.
In a bowl, add wheat flour (or maida) to the mashed bananas.
Add milk gradually and mix to form a smooth batter.
Add sugar or honey as per taste.
Mix in a pinch of cardamom powder for flavor.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently into a small pancake.
Cook on medium flame until bubbles appear, then flip.
Cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve warm with honey, syrup, or fruits.
