Cooking Method


  1.  Peel and cut potatoes into fries, then soak in water for 20 minutes. 
  2.  Heat oil in a deep pan. 
  3.  Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy, then remove and set aside. 
  4.  In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and pepper. 
  5.  Add cold water and mix into a smooth batter. 
  6.  Dip fish fillets into the batter, coating well. 
  7.  Fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. 
  8.  Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels. 
  9.  Serve hot with fries and lemon wedges.
