Cooking Method


  1.  Season fish with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour. 
  2.  Heat oil and fry fish until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. 
  3.  In another pan, sauté garlic and onions until soft. 
  4.  Add bell peppers and cook briefly. 
  5.  Pour in vinegar and sugar, then simmer for a few minutes. 
  6.  Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. 
  7.  Pour the sauce over the fried fish. 
  8.  Let it sit for a few minutes before serving. 
  9.  Serve warm or at room temperature.
