Cooking Method
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, brown sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Stir-fry the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Add the onion, bell peppers, and broccoli, then stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return the beef to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce.
Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
Add the roasted cashews and toss gently for 1 minute.
