Cooking Method


  1.  Season fish with salt and pepper. 
  2.  Lightly coat fish with flour. 
  3.  Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan. 
  4.  Fry fish until golden brown on both sides. 
  5.  Remove fish and set aside. 
  6.  In the same pan, add remaining butter and melt until slightly browned. 
  7.  Add lemon juice and mix well. 
  8.  Pour sauce over fish. 
  9.  Garnish with parsley. 
  10.  Serve hot.
