Sweet & Sour CHINESE Sauce
Instructions :
Add the ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and soy sauce to a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water until smooth.
Slowly stir the cornstarch mixture into the simmering sauce.
Continue cooking for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce becomes glossy and thick.
Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
