Teriyaki Salmon
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki marinade over them. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side, or bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Spoon the teriyaki glaze over the cooked salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve hot with steamed rice, stir-fried vegetables, or broccoli.
