Cooking Method


  1.  Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. 
  2.  Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
  3.  Brush the mixture over mushrooms. 
  4.  Grill or cook mushrooms in a pan for 4–5 minutes per side. 
  5.  Toast burger buns lightly. 
  6.  Assemble burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and cooked mushroom. 
  7.  Add sauce as desired. 
  8.  Serve warm.
