Cooking Method
- Heat mustard oil in a pan until it reaches smoking point, then lower the heat.

- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt; cook until soft and oil separates.
- Add chicken pieces and sauté well for 5–7 minutes.
- Add potatoes and mix thoroughly with the spices.
- Pour in enough water to create a light broth consistency.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until chicken and potatoes are tender.
- Adjust seasoning and garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or enjoy as a light soup.
