Cooking Method


  1.  Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Toss them with the brown sugar syrup and set aside. 
  2.  Bring the water to a boil, remove from the heat, and steep the black tea for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bags or strain the tea and let it cool completely. 
  3.  Blend the fresh strawberries until smooth. For a smoother texture, strain the puree if desired. 
  4.  In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea, whole milk, strawberry puree, sweetened condensed milk, and optional sugar. Stir or blend until well combined. 
  5.  In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the heavy whipping cream, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then whip until light and fluffy. 
  6.  Fill two serving glasses with the brown sugar-coated tapioca pearls and ice cubes. 
  7.  Pour the strawberry milk tea over the ice, leaving space for the topping. 
  8.  Spoon or pipe the cheesecake foam over the milk tea. 
  9.  Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired. 
  10.  Serve immediately with a wide bubble tea straw and enjoy.
