Cooking Method


  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
  4. Add diced potatoes and stir for a few minutes.
  5. Add the prepared snails and mix well.
  6. Pour in the broth and bring the soup to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15–20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  8. Add milk or cream and stir gently.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Cook for another 5 minutes until the soup becomes slightly thick.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  12. Serve hot with bread.
