 Rangpur Lime Scones are a refreshing twist on the classic scone, combining a soft, buttery texture with the bright citrus flavor of Rangpur lime. These homemade scones are lightly sweet, fluffy, and perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, or a delightful snack served with butter or cream. 

Cooking Method

 

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking tray. 

 Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. 

 Add cold butter and blend until the mixture becomes crumbly. 

 Add Rangpur lime zest and juice for a fresh citrus flavor. 

 Pour in milk and gently mix to form a soft dough. 

 Shape the dough and cut into scones. 

 Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and fluffy. 

 Serve warm with butter or your favorite spread.
