Cooking Method
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the chicken for 8–10 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
