Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). 
  2.  Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. 
  3.  Add eggs one at a time and mix well. 
  4.  Add vanilla extract. 
  5.  In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and spices. 
  6.  Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture. 
  7.  Fold in dried fruits and nuts. 
  8.  Add milk to adjust consistency. 
  9.  Pour into a baking pan. 
  10.  Bake for 40–50 minutes until done. 
  11.  Cool before slicing.
