 Sprouted Moong Rajasthani Salad is a protein-packed and refreshing healthy salad made with nutrient-rich moong sprouts, fresh vegetables, and traditional Indian spices. It’s ideal for weight loss, healthy snacking, or as a light meal. 

Cooking Method

 

Lightly steam or blanch the sprouted moong for 2–3 minutes (optional). 

 Let the sprouts cool completely. 

 In a large bowl, combine sprouted moong, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili. 

 Add coriander leaves and roasted cumin powder. 

 Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture. 

 Add salt and toss everything well. 

 Serve fresh or chilled.
