Heat ghee in a pan and add grated khoya or condensed milk.
Cook on low flame while stirring continuously to avoid burning.
Add sugar and mix well until it dissolves completely.
Add cardamom powder for flavor.
Cook the mixture until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Grease a tray and spread the mixture evenly.
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
Allow it to cool and set, then cut into square or diamond shapes.
