Cooking Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Brush the herb mixture evenly over both sides of the fish fillets.
  5. Arrange the lemon slices over the fish.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove the fish from the oven and spoon the pan juices over the fillets.
  8. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
  9. Serve immediately with steamed vegetables, rice, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.
  10. Enjoy while hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
